ZP 1200 Rotary Tablet Press
ZP1200 Rotary Tablet Press is a new generation series product, which is widely applicable to pharmaceuticals, foodstuffs and chemicals industries for compacting granular materials into varies sizes of round or irregular tablets with engravings on one or both sides of the tablet.
Compliance with GMP requirements, compact structure, reliable performance, simple operations, rapid cleaning and change of products and high productive capacity. It adopts force feeder and automatic and periodical oiling system. With the force feeder, the quality of the tablets produced is improved. The rotary speed of the turret is high with the linear speed to be what is required for the high speed tablet presses. The output is high so to satisfy the requirements for mass production.

4. Programmable Logic Control (PLC) is adopted for the control and color touch screen is adopted as the operating panel, being convenient and straight forward. Various technical parameters, movements and control parameters and various kinds of defectives can be displayed and/or set up in the display.
