Principle of work:

The powder granule in the container (fl uidzation bed) appear the state of fl uidization.

It is preheated and mixed with clean and hot air. At the same time the solution of

adhesive solvent is fogged and sprayed into the container. It makes some of particles

become granulating that contains adhesive. Being of unceasing dry through hot air,

the moisture in the granulating is evaporated and the adhesive is solidifi cation. The

process is carried out continuously. Finally it forms ideal, uniform and porous granules.

● The mixing, Granulating and drying can be completed in one step inside the machine.

● The operation of equipment is safe because the anti static fi ltering cloth is adopted.

releasing hole.

light and clean. It can meet the requirements of GMP.

● Foodstuff: cocoa, coffee, milk powder, juice of granulate, fl avoring and so on.

● Coating: Granular, protecting coat of pellet, spare color, slow release film, bowel

dissolve coating, etc.
