Usage and applicable range
JJ Homogenizer has such features as smooth running and beautiful shape.
The instrument is mainly to homogenized and emulsify liquid mixtures
(liquid-liquid phase or liquid-solid phase). It is the ideal instrument in the field
of foods, dairy products, beverage, chemicals, pharmaceutical products and
biotechnologe, etc.
Structure and principle
This instrument is made up of case, pump, homegenizing parts, and pressure
display parts. Through the V-belt, transmission shaft and connecting rod slider,
the motor makes the plunger form reciprocating motion, so that the liquid in
the pump is taken in and pushed out repeatedly. This high pressure is producted
on the material. Effective fineness and mixing is done under the combined forces
of extrusion, strong impact, decompression and expansion. The instrument has
the features as new in structure, simple in operation, conventent in repairing safe
and reliable.
